We do not offer refund as all items we sell are pre-owned. Please read the description carefully and fully of each item. If your item arrived in a state not expected by the buyer but written in the conditions and description of the item, we are not responsible for your mistake. Refund is, however, available for return items (conditions apply). Please read our Return Policies for refund terms on return itrems. To be entitled to a refund on a return item, the item must not have been used and in the exact condition you received it. Item must be well packaged and not exposed to any damages while in transit. Photos of the damages are needed with a complete, clear description of the issue and the reason for return. We will assess the item once arrived and decide if you are entitled to a refund. We will credit all refunds for returned items into your store wallet(not in your bank account).
