Seller Protection

Our seller protection service is to protect our sellers from false claims. We need you to follow the following to make it easy for us to provide this support for you.

  1.  Always ask buyers to pay for tracking, this will act as a proof for you if buyer claims the item did not arrive.
  2.  Make sure you mention on your shipping policy, if buyer does not make use of tracking they will not be eligible for buyer protection if item does not arrive
  3. Note clearly what is wrong with the item on sale if any and provide photos,  in that way, when the buyer claim they did not know about the damage you have something to prove they did know before purchase.
  4. If you have any problems with a buyer and you need help to solve it, just send a message to  : dispute@eopshops.nz
